The procedures being submitted are:
EP-110, Revision 11 EP-208 Revision 9 Pursuant to Section 2.790 of the Comission's regulations, it is hereby requested that the telephone numbers in the following procedure be withheld from public disclosure:
EP-110, Revision ll, Page 6 An affidavit setting forth the grounds in support of this request is attached hereto.

He is Vice President of Phiirdelphia Electric Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"); he is authorized to execute this Affidavit on behalf of the Company; and he has revicwed:

EP-208, Revision 9 (hereinafter referred to as "the Documents"), and knows the contents thereof.

The parts of the Documents which are sought to be withheld from public disclosure are the listings of the direct-line work telephone numbers of employees of the Company which are not listed in public telephone directories.

To the best of his knowledge, information and belief, the listings of telephone numbers set forth in the Documents have been treated as confidential information and have been withheld from public disclosure by the Company.

The telephone numbers in the Documents should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Comission as confidential and proprietary information and be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that disclosure of the direct-line work telephone numbers of the employees of the Company could constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the individuals involved; disclosure of the work telephone numbers of the Company's employees could adversely affect the capability of prompt notification in the event of an emergency; such disclosure is not required in the public interest; and such disclosure could adversely affect the interests of the Company and its ability to effectively implement the notification requirements of the Emergency Plan Procedures.
