Enclosed is a copy of the Inservice Inspection Sumary Report for the first refueling outage at Wolf Creek Generating Station (WOGS).
This report is being suttnitted in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code 1980 Edition through Winter 1981 Addenda Section XI Article I1m 6000 Paragraph 6230.
Records and reports doctrnenting the inspections are being maintained at WOGS and will be available for your review upon request.
