COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY PROJECT (GAP)

On May 29, 1983, EDO forwarded a memo to staff requesting that letters initiated by GAP be forward.ed:.to OEDQ -(Mr.,-Rehm); who in turn would ensureithat they w properly assigned, coordinated and controlled.
Recently, there has apparently been some lack of attention to thIs requirement.
