In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Technical Specification 6.12.3.1, we have attached the subject reports concerning the failure to test a breaker in the Reactivity Control System within the time limits as prescribed by Technical Specification 3.5.1.6.(78-23) and the failure of a CRD "A" breaker to trip as required upon a reactor trip (78-24).
