This letter is to inform you of a management change affecting the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. This change will be effective March 18, 1987 and is as follows:
Mr. Joe Williams, Jr. has lef t his position as Senior Vice President, Nuclear. As Vice President, Nuclear, I have assumed those responsibilities previously held by Mr. Williams and report directly to Mr. Paul Smart, President and Chief Operating Officer, Toledo Edison Company.
Section 6.0, Administrative Controls, of the Davis-Besse Technical Speci-fications will be revised to reflect this change.
