- 2) NRC letter from P. O'Connor dated April 15, 1986 The referenced letters documented and approved Union Electric's proposed modification to satisfy Callaway License Condition C(12) which concerned low temperature overpressure protection (LTOP).
The purpose of this letter is to inform you this modification was completed during the recent refueling outage at Callaway, and therefore, Union Electric considers this license condition closed.
