Seabrook Station Solid Radwaste Handling System; Mobile Waste Services

Dear Sir:

In References (b) and (c) we indicated that radioactive waste may be processed using a mobile service at Seabrook Station. We have since decided to establish a mobile services agreement with NUS Process Service Corporation (NUSPSC) and are providing, to the Staff, the following infor-mation regarding this mobile services contract and contractor.

NUSPSC has already submitted reports to the NRC regarding its mobile service which we are incorporating by reference for appli-cation at Seabrook Station. The documents submitted are:

o NUSPSC Radioactive Solidification System Topical Report -

PS-53-0378, Rev. O.

This report has been reviewed and approved by the NRC, reference SER PS-53-0378, Rev. O.

o NUSPSC Process Control Program (PCP) - submitted as Topical Report TR-002 to the Staf f.
