REVISION TO SECURITY PLAN Attached are six (6) copies of Revision 14 to the Palisades Security Plan.
This revision was initiated to describe security measures during construction activities.
Upon completion of construction this appendix will be withdrawn. Attachment I contains the justification and page changes for the plan.
Consumers Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore submits these changes in accordance with 50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since they contain information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
