"'/7g BETWEEN THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY PREPAREUNESS AND UPPER MORELAND SCHOOL DISTRICT l
The Upper Moreland School District hereby agrees to provide buses and drivers to the maximum extent possible, for the use during an emergency, for transportation of individuals should an evacuation be required of Montgomery County residents affected by man-made or natural disasters, including an incident at the Limerick Generating Station.
The contact persons in the event of an emergency are identified on the attached list.
This agreement shall 're' main in effect until rescinded. by either party in writing.
