- i BETWEEN THE MONTG0MERY. COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDN AND WILSON METZ BUS SERVICE The Wilson Metz Bus Service hereby agrees to provide buses and diivers to the maximum extent possible,~ for the use during an emergency, for transportation of individuals should an evacuation be required of Montgomery-County residents affected by man-made or natural disasters, including an incident at the Limerick Generating Station.
The contact persons in the event of an emergency are identified on the attached list.
This agreement shall r'emain in ef fect*until rescinded by either party in writing.
