BETWEEN THE MONTG0MERY COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY PR EpHCi5 AND VAN TRANS, INC.

Van Trans, Inc. hereby agrees to provide buses and drivers to the maximum extent' possible, for the use during an emergency, for transportation of individuals should an evacuation be required of Montgomery County residents affected by man-made or natural disasters, including an incident at the Limerick Generating Station.

The contact persons in the event o'f an emergency are identified on the attached list.

This agreement shak) 8emain in effect until rescinded by either party in writing.
