CMD SERVICES The CMD Services hereby agrees to provide buses and drivers to the maximum extent possible, for the use during an emergency, for transportation 6f individuals should an evacuation be required of Montgomery County residents affected by man-made or natural disasters, including an incident at the Limerick Generating Station.
The contact persons in the event of an emergency are identified on the attached list.
This agreement shall semain in effect,until rescinded by either party in hriting.
