TIM AND CUSTER'S GARAGE The Custer's Garage hereby agrees to provide buses and drivers to the maximum extent.possible, fnr the use during an emergency, for transportation of individuals should an evacuation be required of Montgomery County residents affected by man-made or natural disasters, including an incident at the Limerick Generating Station.
The contact persons in the event of an emergency are identified on the attached list.
This agreement shall remain in effect,until rescinded by either party in w'i iting.
