BETWEEN THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND UPPER DUBLIN SCHOOL DISTRICT The Upper Dublin School District hereby agrees to provide buses and drivers to the maximum extent possible, for the use during an emergency, for transportation of individuals should an evacuation be required of Montgomery County residents affected by man-made or natural disa'sters, including an incident at the Limerick Generating Station.

1 The contact persons in the event of an emergency are identified on the a'ttached list.

This agreement shall remain in effect until rescinded by either party. in writing.
