.The Pottsgrove School District hereby agrees to provide buses to the maximum extent possible, for the use during an emcipncy, for transportation of individuals should an evacuation be required of Montgomery County residents affected by man-made or natural disasters, inclueing in incident at the Limerick Generating Station.
The contact persons in the~ event of an emergency are identified on the attached survey.
The agreement shall remain in effect until rescinded by either party in writing.
