PROVISION OF BUSES AND DFIVERS FOR LIMERICK EVACUATION
Dear Dr. Kowalski:
I have' asked Mr. Bigelow, the Montgomery County Direcyor of Umergency Preparedness, about the proposed transportation for evacuation of Montgoucry Ccunty Selsool Districts in the event of a radiological emergency at the. Limerick Genera ting Station.
He has sent me a list of school districts, among which is yours, with which there is an agreement to provide buses and drivers for the, evacuation of Montgomery County school children.
The list indicates that your school district has made a commitment to supply the amount of buses for the evacuation of the assignments as follows:
,Pottstown Senior High School - 15 buses Pottstown Junior High School - 5 buses This'seems to indicate that you are guaranteeing dri~ vers for the buses requested.
IS THIS REALLY TRUE7 Are you guaran-teeing that drivers will be available for these buses?
I would appreciate your prompt reply, because I must make a decisiun on the adequacy of the county plan in the near future.
