" Contentions of the Town of Hampton to Revised Radiological Emergency Response Plan and to the Compensatory Plan for the Town of Hampton, New Hampshire" were filed by the Town on April 14, 1986.

Applicants filed their response on April 24, 1986 and the NRC Staff filed its response on May 5, 1986.

On April 24, 1986 the Commission in Comonwealth Edison Co.

(Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2, CLI-86-08, 23 NRC (April 24, 1986), Slip Opinion at 12, provided that ". . . a Licensing Board must find that the five-factor test is satisfied in order to ' entertain' a late-filed contention."

The Board's ruling on the admissibility of the contentions submitted by the Town of Hampton on April 14, 1986 will be withheld pending receipt of the Town of Hampton's compliance with the five factors specified in 10 CFR 6 2.714(a)(1). The Board directs that the D$$h $
