portion of its December 2,1985 appiication for a proposed amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-38, which authorizes' operation of the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit No. 3 located in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. The I
proposed amendment would have changed a reference in Administrative Control j
6.4.1 of the Technical Specifications from Section 5.2-of ANSI 3.1-1978 to Section 5.5 of the same ANSI Standard. The Commission isst,td a Notice of
