ORDER (Final Prehearing Conference)
The date of the final prehearing conference, at the request of the parties, is changed from May 12 to May 20,1986. The conference will comence at 9:30 a.m., local time, in the Comonwealth Court, Courtroom No. 2, 5th floor, South Office Building, Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Parties to the proceeding or their counsel are directed to appear at the final prehearing conference. The conference will be reported verbatim.
Matters to be considered are those that are customarily discussed at a final prehearing conference. A listing is contained in 10 CFR 2.752, consisting of:

l (2) The necessity or desirability of amending the pleadings; (3) The obtaining of stipulations and admissions of fact and of the contents and authenticity of documents to avoid unnecessary proof; (4)
Identification of witnesses and the limitation of the number of expert witnesses, and other steps to expedite the presentation t
of evidenca; (5) The setting of a hearing schedule; and (6) Such other matters as may aid in the orderly disposition of the proceeding.
Other matters to be considered are those procedural issues that were not resolved.at the initial prehearing conference held on February 19, 1986. They involve the order in which the parties will present their cases, the manner in which they will participate and the use to be made in this proceeding of the prior record.
