This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated August 14, 1984.
Planning for your "special" facility is being handled by the municipal and county emergency management agencies.
I suggested a meeting so that the plans, which continue to be developed, could accurately reflect your needs.
However, since you state in your letter that you and the Camphill Special School see "... no reason to invest its time and manpower in a vigorous planning process at this time," I am forwarding copies of your letter to the municipality and county.
With regard to your question on payment, I am forwarding your letter to Philadelphia Electric.
