$6400.193. Emergency placement.

When an emergency placement occurs, admission requirements as specified in i 6400.214 (relating to content of records) must be completed within 30 days following admission.

$6400.194. Emergency removal and relocation plan.

The facility must develop an emergency removal and temporary relocation plan for residents. The plan must include:

(1) Transportation to be used.

At least one month prior to a resident's discharge or transfer, there M,
