Contractor shall complete and return to NRC the following documents:
" General Assignment" (Attachment 1); " Certification Regarding Application of Proceeds from Refunds, Rebates, Credits and Other Amounts" (Attachment 2); and " Contractor's Release" l
(Attachment 3);

The full settlement ar.ount of all outstanding contract matters, l
exclusive of NRC's right to appeal decisions made by the GSBCA, l
is $234,400.
Of this amount, $100,000.00 has been paid and I
$134,400.00 remains to be paid.
Payment of this outstanding balance will be made within 30 days of signature of this modification by the Contracting Officer.
5.
Contractor, for itself, its successors and assigns, hereby l
releases any claims to attorneys fees and costs associated with litigation related to this contract under the Equal Access to Justice Act; 6.
Contractor hereby authorizes NRC to move on its behalf for dismissal of all actions pending before the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals (GSBCA);
7.
This agreement shall not affect the right of NRC to appeal the I
GSBCA decision in GSBCA No. 6713-NRC and the partial summary judgment decision in GSBCA No. 7109-NRC.
I 8.
The NRC agrees to forward to the Defense Contract Audit Agency a letter requesting that all audits on the above referenced contract be ceased and that no further audits on 4
behalf of the NRC be commenced.
