The Nuclear Reculatory Comission (the Comission) has found that:

The application for amendment filed by Commonwealth Edison Company (the licensee), dated September ?5, 1985, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules ano regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; 8.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and C.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Comission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Accordingly, Construction Permit No. CPPR-131 is amended as follows:

Change Paragraph 3.C to read:

This construction permit authorizes the applicant to con-struct the facility described in the application and in the hearing record, in accordance with the principal architectural and engineering criteria (except to the extent modifications of such criteria have been authorized by the exemption issued on October 28, 19851 and environmental protection comitments set forth therein.
