Transportation Certification Branch Aporoval Pecord Model No. UNC-2500 Docket No. 71-5641 By application dated February 19, 1986, llPC Naval Products reouested renewal and amendment of Certificate of Compliance No. 5641. The applicant reauested that Condition 5.(b)(2)(i) of the certificate be revised to reference a more recently approved (July 31,1985) set of conditions to SPN License No. 368.
Based on the staff's review and concurrence of the nore recently approved set of conditions to SfN License No. 363, the certificate of compliance has been revised to cite the July 31, 1985 approval.
The staff further concludes that the staterients of the original application, as supplemented, satisfies the requirement for renewal of the certificate of compliance.
