Reference is made to previous letters and telephone conversations.

As per enclosure you can see that McGil Transportation provided quotations based on ocean port of customs: Wilmington, N.C.

and Portsmouth, Va. Por both ports are supposedly route codes existing to S.R.P.

Please be so kind and confirm that McGil will be able to apply these for the moves ex KPA.

Also, as per enclosed map McGil described the possible route from Savannah, Garden City Terminal, for which we would like to apply.

Route requests nest be sent in writing to Mr. Clurles lillinan with the NFC in Washington, DC.

US-74, I-95, US-301, SC-70, SC-64 Portmouth:

US-58, US-17, I-264, US-58, I-95, US-301, SC-70, SC-64 Suggested routes from Savannah:

SR-25, SR-21, I-95, SR-64 There will be difficulty securing an approved route fmn Savannah, as I understand the City has an ordinance prohibiting novamnt of Spent Fuel. Challenging the legality of such an ordinance would be a long and costly affair, nuking Wilmington the shortest surface route.
