The Comission has reviewed your letter of September 11, 1986 and determined that institution of a proceeding to determine whether the Limerick Unit 1 operating license should be suspended is not warranted at this time.
The NRC staff is also currently reviewing some of your earlier suspension requests to detennine whether enforcement action is warranted. The Commission will carefully examine any Director's decisions when' issued.
