Smith of my staff concerning the employment of uncleared guards in certain positions, the effective period of License Condition 9.3 is hereby extended to April 30, 1986, pending further evaluation of your request. This also confirms the schedule of 9:00 AM, April 8, 1986, for a meeting at our Silver Spring, Maryland office for further-discussion of this matter.
