I acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Agreed Protective Order, and I agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreed Protective Order.

I further understand that employees of Applicant and its contractors at the Braidwood Station are protected by law from any and all discrimination in the terms and condi-tions of their employment because of their participation in this_ licensing proceeding. Such participation includes co-operation with Intervenors or the presentations of testimony

. Upon the request of the Applicant, and Intervenors Rorem et al., it is hereby ordered that confidential treatment will be afforded information to be disclosed by Intervenors to Applicant's attorneys in accordance with the folicwing conditions:

Confidential treatment will be afforded by this protec-tive order to " protected information," meaning the documents submitted by Intervenors to the Commission in sealed envelopes on April 3, 1986 and all information con-tained therein, including the name and other information which might tend to identify the individual or individuals responsible for the communications to Intervenors reficcted in those documents (unless such information was obtained from a source other than Intervenors or their counsel).
