Dear Mr. Themelis:
We have completed our review of the Radiological and Engineering Assessment dated June 30, 1986, for the comercial vicinity property (SL-053-S) located at 3585 South 500 West, Salt Lake City, Utah, which was submitted by letters dated July 1 and July 15, 1986. Based on this review, we conclude that the potential for long-tenn harm has been minimized to the extent practicable. Therefore, we concur with the proposed remedial action for vicinity property SL-053-S. This concurrence is based on the condition that the appropriate land records are annotated to indicate contaminated material has been left in place.
