Dear Mr. Denton:
In the above referenced letter Number 2 GPC stated that for item 4.1, concerning reactor trip syetem reliability, all modifications recommended by the NSSS vendor will be reviewed to verify that either (1) the modification has been implemented; or (2) a written evaluation of the technical reasons for not implementing the modification will be prepared.
This letter is to inform you that the under voltage trip assemblies in the reactor trip switchgear circuit breakers have been replaced at the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant. This modification was recommended by Westinghouse.
