EMPLOYEE CONCERN TASK GROUP Enclosed are two computer printouts listing only the employee concerns being evaluated for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant.

The first printout labeled ECPS 112J is a numerical listing of all employee concerns being evaluated for Sequoyah. This printout indicates to which categories the concern has been assigned.

The second printout labeled ECPS 120J is a listing by category of the employee concerns being evaluated for Sequoyah. This printout is sorted into the subcategories to which the concerns have been assigned by the responsible category group head.

The data base for the QA/QC and Operations categories reflects information at the element report level. The Engineering, Welding, Construction, and Matecial Control category data base show information et the subcategory i

1evel. Included in the Sequoyah Restart Implementation Plan submitted sy August 29, 1986, is a listing by category of the Sequoyah specific elements.

This will provide you an update of previous printouts delivered to your staff.
