Dear Mr. Berkow:
In the Systematic Assessment of License: Perforrance (SALP) provided to PSC in the Reference noted above, the NRC indicated that PSC's response to NRC initiatives was rated as a 2.
To better respond to requests for information from the NRC, PSC is considering additional enhancements to its commitment control program.
In order to identify and initiate responding action in a more timely manner, PSC requests chat the NRC continue sending copies of correspondence related Fort St. Vrain to the personnel listed in Attachment 1 to this letter at the addresses indicated. One new address (Commitment Control Program Coordinator) has been added to ensure NRC correspondence is quickly processed and appropriate actions initiated.
