In responsa to your letter of April 8 regarding Docket No. 50-241, I offer the following coments.
Receipt of the Order that terminates the Provisional Construction Permit No.
CPRR-91 is acknowledged.
Additionally, Amendment No.11 to the Indemnity Agreement No. E46 has been signed by Dr. Donald W. Zacharias, President of Mississippi State University. One copy of this signed agreement is returned for your files.
Thank you for taking this action in the final chapter of our small 100 watt reactor.
