The revision was submitted pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.54P. Based on conversations between Mr. Don Carlson of the NRC Division of Safeguards, Dr. Robert E. Carter of the NRC Division of PWR Licensing-B, and Professor S.
H. Levine of Penn State University, we hereby resubmit our Revision 2 to the Physical Security Plan for the PSBR for amendment of our license pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90.
This letter and its attachment supercedes our letter of October 25, 1985, and its attachment.
