GPU NUCLEAR CORPORATION'S PROPOSED ADDITIONAL AGENDA ITEMS FOR AUGUST 25, 1986 PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE In the telephone conference of July 31, 1986, the Presiding Board asked each of the parties to submit by August 20 a list of prospective agenda items, in addition to those proposed by the Board, that any party wished to be addressed at the pre-hearing conference scheduled for August 25, 1986.

In accordance with this request by the Board, GPU Nuclear proposes the following additional items for possible inclusion in I
the pre-hearing conference agenda:
Termination of the "no access" rule following appearance of experts as Board witnesses.
GPU Nuclear, if allowed, would consider consulting with Stier, Rockwell, or other technical witnesses following their testimony, and as the hearing l

Sponsoring witness for OI Report admitted by Board in its Memorandum and Order of May 22, 1986.
The Board originally proposed Mr. Christopher as the witness, but he has not been subsequently identified as a definite witness.
Identification of Board exhibit proposed by Aamodts.
In its Memorandum and Order of May 22, 1986, the Board admitted a document requested by the Aamodts but identified only as a
" memorandum of October 27, 1978 concerning leak rate testing."
GPU Nuclear is unclear what document the Aamodts proposed.
