Dear Ms. Doolittle,

I am writing to invite you to spend a weekend at our home in Newburyport, Massachusetts, a city within the ten-mile ,

planning zone around Seabrook nuclear plant, so that'you will have first-hand knowledge of conditions here and so that you will have an opportunity to meet, informally concerned citizens who oppose the licensing of Seabrook.

Following the Chernobyl' accident, the citizens of New Hampshire and Massachusetts feel the emergency planning zone should be-extended to forty miles, certainly not reduced.
