Dear Mr. Murley:
This letter is in response to IE Bulletin 86-02,
" Static
'O' Ring Differential Pressure Switches."
We have reviewed the differential pressure switches in use at Indian Point Unit No.
2.
We have determined that there are no SOR Incorporated (formerly Static "O"
Ring Pressure Switch Company) Series 102 or 103 differential pressure switches in safety related applications, and we do not plan to install them.
Accordingly, these dif ferential pressure switches are not listed in our Environmental Qualification Master Equipment List which is maintained in accordance with 10 CFR 50.49(b).
