Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-286 Security Plan, Temporary Addendum and Revision 10 The Authority has revised the Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan.
In accordance with the reporting requirements of 10CFR 50.54(p) the attached enclosures are submitted to inform you of these changes.
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Details concerning the changes are contained in Enclosure 1, The enclosures (6 sets) are identified as safeguards Information and proprietary information in accordance with 10CFR 73.21 and 10CFR 2.790(d) (1).
It is requested that upon receipt of this correspondence you inventory the contents and return Enclosure 2 to the Power Authority's Director of Security, Safety and Fire Protection, Mr. William F. Harrington.
