EMERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE SCENARIO (45 DAY LETTER)

The scenario is currently under review. Changes to the package will be supplied to NRC inspection staff during the entrance meeting scheduled for AuguJe 18, 1986 at 2:00 p.m. at the South Haven Conference Center.
Limited distribution of the attachment to thia letter is requested to only those persons acting as observers until completion of the exercise. Copies of this letter without attachment have been distributed internally to those Consumers Power Company personnel responsible for implementation of the Site Emergency Plan. Furthermore, in accordance with NRC guidance, we expect the NRC will withhold the attachments until after the exercise.
