U S Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC - 20555 MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GF.NERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Submission of Revision 15 to the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.54(p), we are hereby submitting four copias of Revision 15 to the Monticello Security Force Training and Qualification (T&O) Plan. Revision 15 incorporates NRC uomments to Revision 14 and does not decrease the effectivenees of the plan.
The attachment to this letter should not be made available for public inspection and should not be placed in the public document room. As identified in our Revision 14 submittal, this plan is no longer considered safeguards information, and is therefore being submitted without the safeguards markings. However, under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 2.790 (d) (1) it is exempt and should be withheld from public disclosure.
