Dear Mr. Bush:
This is in response to your undated letter to the Department of Energy (DOE) in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all purchase orders or bid awards for tube fittings manufactured by four listed contractors. That letter was referred by the DOE to this agency for response regarding Westinghouse.
The NRC is not in possession of the documents you requested.
For your information, a licensee directly procures products from a manufacturer and is not required to submit purchase orders to the NRC.
