Penetration - For the conditions specified, the j

Coupression - For the conditions specified, the ROC container shells will not experience any deformation which would serve to re v= the spacing between pairs of fuel amammhlies. 'Iherefore these conditions will have no adverse effect on the Roc containers. (See Attachments 5, 6, 13, and 14)
