FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY'S REPORT Dear Mr. Dugger.
Enclosed is a copy of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's final report for the November 5,1997, Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station exercise.
The report indicates that there were no deficiencies and four areas requiring corrective action identified during the exercise. No response to the NRC is required.
