Dear Dr. Brown:

On May 23, 1986, we submitted changes to the subject plan, reference (a).

Instructions for updating the plan were given in Attachment 3 of Ref. a.

Those instructions erroneously said to remove Page 4-1 (Revised 4/19/83) and add Page 4-1 (Revised 5/1/86). The instructions should have referred to page 4-2 instead of 4-1.

To correct this error, we are enclosing current versions of both page 4-1 and 4-2 and your plan should be updated as follows:
