Enclosed, please find, a request for an extension of the Beaver Valley Unit #2 Construction Permit expiration date from December 31, 1986 to December 31, 1987, with detailed information which supports this request.
Also enclosed is a check in the ancunt of $150, payable to the United States Nuclear Regul atory Commission in payment for a Class II (administrative) type review of our request for construction pennit extension.
This fee is as prescribed in Ention 170.12 (c) and 170.21 of 10CFR170.
