An NRC inspection was conducted November 17 20,1997, at your Cooper Nuclear Station

reactor facility. The enclosed report presents the scope and results of that inspection.
The inspection reviewed the radiological environmental and meteorological monitoring

programs. Overall, the programs were properly implemented,
