Enclosed are:

1) Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copes of an Application for Amendment to our operating license to update the pump testing surveillance requirements to reflect the applicable Standard Technical Specification (STS) requirements and to include reference to testing in accordance with Specification 4.0.5 (per the 1983 edition of ASME Section XI). Most of the changes incorporate the STS wording, however, due to design or operating differences, the revised surveillance requirements may differ from the STS.
2) Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the change in technical specifications and its no significant hazards determination.

A check in the amount of $150.00 is attached as payment of the license amendment application fee in accordance with 10CFR170.
