Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of-their preliminary review of your application, it has been detemined that a Class III fee ($4,000) and a Class I fee ($4001 are appropriate since the review will involve consideration of a single safety issue and a duplicate unit. Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the sum of $4,400 to this office.
If the final review of your application reveals that this fee is not appropriate, you will. be notified and' any'necessary adjustments will be made.
