50-328 In my letter to you dated March 12, 1986, TVA committed to make revisions to the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Progran by July 25, 1986 (item 2 of enclosure 2 of that letter). Meeting this July 25, 1986 commitment also requires issuing a revision to the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) specific Surveillance Instructions (SI) 114.1 and 114.2.
However, we do not plan to revise the SI's for the ISI program until the SQN SI review program, which is now undecway, is completed. Therefore, TVA is revising the commitment for completion of the ISI program changes from July 25, 1986 to before restart of either SQN unit.
