STAFF REQUIREMENTS SECY 98-006 PROPOSED AGREEMENT FOR COOPERATION BETWEEN THE U.S. *\\ND ROMANIA The Commission has approved the proposed dispatch to the Department of State indicating concurrence in the subject agreement. The Commission should De informed of any material changes in the circumstances.
The letter should be modified in line 3 to replace 'as forwarded to it' with 'and supporting draft documents, forwarded.' The revised letter should be provided to the Office of the Secretary for signature by the Chairman.
